PI-Digest Application Form

Joining the PI-Digest is a three step process that takes less than 5 minutes! If you would like to network with some of the best Private Investigators working today, then you owe it to yourself to join TODAY!

NOTE: You must be a licensed private investigator to join, or practice in a state that does not require a license.

 Fill out section two of the application form if you are resident of a state that does not require a license.
STEP ONE: Complete this application form.
STEP TWO: Make payment of your first year's subscription fee in the amount of $19.95 using your credit card, or
pay by Pay Pal listed below the form. If you pay by check , make sure you complete the information form below.

STEP THREE: Fax a copy of your Investigators license to 1-562-869-5268, your application will not be considered without your faxed license.
